Bright silver PP material is a specially treated PP plastic that has a silvery metallic luster appearance. Because bright silver PP itself has a metallic texture, the color of full-color printing will be affected by the substrate, showing a similar effect to metal ink. UV screen printing ink is thicker, can cover the bright silver substrate, so that the color is more vivid, not easy to be disturbed by the background color. Matte varnishing can reduce the reflection and create a foggy effect.

When printing on bright silver PP material, it will first use white ink as a base and use four-color printing to keep some areas metallic and increase the visual layer.  Combined with UV ink, the degree of reflection of bright silver PP substrate can be controlled to achieve a visual effect similar to frosted glass. UV ink itself has a high transparency, which can reveal the metallic luster of bright silver PP and make the pattern appear metallic color effect. Matte varnishing can achieve matte contrast and enhance the sense of layer.

Bright silver PP material, that is, specially treated polypropylene (PP) material, its surface presents a metallic silver luster. UV ink itself has high hiding power and bright colors. Screen printing UV can thicken the UV ink to form a relief effect, highlighting the three-dimensional sense. Matte oil reduces gloss and softens the metallic feel.
