Upon receiving the client's design file, our team will convert the design into a visual format for the client to review and confirm the content and dimensions.
02. Design and Tooling Preparation
Once the client confirms the accuracy of the content and dimensions, our design department will proceed with layout based on the sticker size. Custom die-cutting knife, cutting lines, and if required, Embossing die, hot stamping mold, and silk screen printing mold for special processes such as embossed, gold or silver foil stamping, and spot UV will be prepared.
03. Production and Printing
The production department will print the stickers according to the approved color proof and work order. The process involves printing first, followed by applying any special finishing techniques, and concluding with die-cutting to achieve the final shape.
04. Quality Inspection
After production, the stickers are sent to our quality control department. Each sticker is meticulously inspected to ensure that only high-quality products are dispatched to the client.
05. Packaging and Shipping
To prevent any damage during transit, we include additional pieces as a precaution. Finally, our packaging team carefully packs the goods in waterproof BOPP bags before shipping.
