Bright silver PP material is a specially treated PP plastic that has a silvery metallic luster appearance. The reverse UV process is added on the bright silver PP material, and the ratio of bright and dull face is formed by UV gloss and matte process to enhance the three-dimensional sense. Scrub matte varnishing is a special coating material applied to the printed surface to create a matte, fine matte texture for visual and tactile effects.

When printing on bright silver PP material, it will first use white ink as a base and use four-color printing to keep some areas metallic and increase the visual layer. On the bright silver PP material, the reverse UV can further enhance the gloss change of the bright silver substrate, showing a three-dimensional sense and high-end texture. Combined with UV ink, the degree of reflection of bright silver PP substrate can be controlled to achieve a visual effect similar to frosted glass. Parts not covered by matte or srub matte coating retain the original high-gloss metallic texture of the bright silver PP material, presenting a mirror-like finish.

Material Introduction

Bright silver PP material, that is, specially treated polypropylene (PP) material, its surface presents a metallic silver luster. This gloss is usually obtained through metallization, coating, or surface coating techniques. Because bright silver PP itself has a metallic luster, it can be printed by reverse UV and spot color to let the metal background color reveal. Scrub matte varnishing coated surfaces usually have a slightly grainy feel and a soft matte feel to the touch, similar to the fine texture of matte glass or matte plastic.
